The Keka dashboard provides a quick overview of your account and daily activities in one place. It keeps you updated on important employee activities such as birthdays, work anniversaries, announcements, leave status, and quick actions, while also offering easy access to commonly used features.

How to access the Keka dashboard

• Log in to your Keka account.
• Click on Home.
• Your Keka dashboard will be displayed with quick access to key information and activities.
• Dashboard components in Keka

The following sections are available on the Keka dashboard for quick access:

• Inbox – Displays the number of pending action items in your inbox.
• Holidays – Shows upcoming holidays. Click View All to see the complete holiday list.
• On Leave Today – Displays team members who are on leave today.
• Quick Links – Provides important links for frequently used actions.
• Working Remotely – Shows team members who are working remotely.
• Time Today – Allows you to Clock In or Clock Out (visible only if enabled by the organization).
• Leave Balances – Displays your available leave balance summary.
• Celebrating Birthdays – Lists employees celebrating birthdays today.
• Celebrating Work Anniversaries – Lists employees celebrating work anniversaries.
• Announcements – Displays important company announcements.
• Polls – Shows ongoing polls where you can participate and respond.
• New Joinees – Displays a list of recently joined employees.

The Keka dashboard is personalized based on your role and company settings.

Some sections such as Time Today, Working Remotely, or Quick Links may appear only if enabled by the organization.

The dashboard updates automatically with real-time employee and organizational information.
