How do I raise an On-Duty request in Keka?

You can raise an On-Duty request in the Keka portal if you are working from a customer location or attending an official event or conference on behalf of the organization.

 

Steps to raise an On-Duty request in Keka

  • Log in to your Keka account.
  • Navigate to Me → Attendance.
  • Locate the Actions block.
  • Click on On Duty.
  • Select the start and end dates.
  • Add a note and select employees to notify after approval.
  • Click on Request.

 

Note

On-Duty requests require manager approval.

Provide accurate dates and details for faster approval.
