How do I view the history of paid expense claims in Keka?

You can view your paid expense claims in the Keka portal through the Past Claims section under Expenses & Travel.

 

Steps to view paid expense claims in Keka

  • Log in to your Keka account.
  • Navigate to the Me tab on the left-side panel.
  • Select Expenses & Travel from the dropdown menu.
  • Go to Past Claims.
  • You will see a list of paid expense claims.
  • To view details of a specific claim:
  • Click on the Action button next to the claim
  • Select View
  • The complete expense claim details will be displayed.

 

Note

Past Claims show approved and paid expenses.

You can review the amount, category, receipts, and approval details.

Contact the HR or Finance team if any paid claim details are incorrect.
