You can view both performance reviews received and reviews given to others in the Keka Performance module. This helps you track your review cycles, feedback, and evaluations in one place.

Steps to check your performance reviews in Keka

• Log in to your Keka account.
• Navigate to the Me tab on the left-side panel.
• Click on Performance.
• Select Reviews.
• Choose one of the following options:

My Performance Reviews to view reviews you have received

Reviews Given to Others to view reviews you have submitted

• Click on the review cycle to view detailed feedback and ratings.

What you can view

• Review cycles you participated in
• Feedback received from managers and peers
• Self-review submissions
• Reviews submitted by you for team members
• Performance ratings and comments

Note

Only active and completed review cycles assigned to you will be visible.

Access to reviews depends on performance cycle settings and permissions.

Contact HR if you are unable to view a review or performance cycle.
