If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in, you can easily reset your Keka portal password by following the steps below. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email ID.

Steps to reset your Keka password

• Go to the Keka portal using the link: happyfox.keka.com.
• If you are unable to access the subdomain link, visit https://www.keka.com/
•  and click on the Login button.
• Click on Forgot Password.
• Enter your registered email ID (Keka username).
• Complete the CAPTCHA verification if prompted.
• Click on Submit to receive the password reset link.
• Open the password reset email sent by Keka to your registered email ID.
• Click on the reset link and create a new password.
• Click on the Reset Password button to confirm.
• Your Keka password will be successfully updated. Please save the new password for future use.

Note

The password reset link will be sent only to your registered email ID.

Make sure to complete the CAPTCHA verification to proceed.
