How do I edit my Keka profile?

You can update certain details in your Keka profile based on the permissions provided. Some fields are editable, while others are locked and can only be modified by HR or administrators.

 

Understanding editable and locked fields

  • Fields with an edit icon can be modified by you.
  • Fields with a lock icon cannot be edited and require HR assistance.
  • You can hover over the icons in Keka to understand the permission details.

Steps to edit your Keka profile

  • Log in to the Keka portal using your credentials.
  • Click on your profile name at the top right corner of the screen.
  • A dropdown menu will appear.
  • Select Profile.
  • Navigate to the relevant tab based on the information you want to update:

* About

* Profile

* Job

* Documents

* Assets

  • Locate the section you want to edit and click on the Edit option at the top of the section.
  • Identify the field you want to update:
  • Lock icon indicates you do not have permission to edit the field.
  • Edit icon allows you to modify the field.
  • Make the necessary changes.
  • Click on the Update button at the bottom to save your changes.

 

Note

Only fields with edit permissions can be updated in Keka.

Locked fields can only be modified by HR or administrators.

Please contact HR if you need changes in any locked profile fields
